Shipping Policy

PROCESSING Time takes 1-10 Business days (Time it takes to make your order) 

SHIPPING time will occur after the processing time is complete.

Processing and shipping time COMBINED, can take up to 10 BUSINESS days

Shipping takes 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS via UPS or USPS (Priority and First class Mail)

Expect Shipping Delays due to COVID-19 and NATURAL DISASTERS. All packages are shipped out on time. However, shipping companies may take longer to deliver due to the pandemic, holiday season, severe weather and other things that lare out of our control. We do not issue refunds or accept any returns due to these delays. 

If you are purchasing any items for a upcoming appointment, your order must be placed 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS) BEFORE your scheduled appointment. Please email us with your order number at dimestylezz@gmail.com once your order have been placed.

 

Lost/Stolen Package

We are NOT responsible for any LOST OR STOLEN packages. You will NOT receive a refund for lost or stolen packages. Lost or stolen packages will NOT be replaced.

All packages come with a tracking number once processing time has been fulfilled.

Refund Policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Hair extensions, bonnets, scarfs, melt bands, oils etc. ALL Hair extensions and products cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of original purchase date. There is a $30 Restock fee for cancellations. Cancellations are not accepted on orders with same day shipping

  • Returns are only accepted if you have received the wrong items.
